Deployment using PDW inbuilt in VB6

I need to deploy a small non complex vb6 program with few CR11 reports

can some expert who has used the Package and Deployment Wizard ( PDW ) with CR11 give me step-2-step instructions on how to do so

i just need to pack it once cause i need to show it in the college as it is my project

i somehow managed to build one.. but a couple of questions..

1) How to add a uninstall shortcut in the start menu of the app.. cause it does make in add/remove prog , i will like a uninstall in the app folder too..

2) PDW creates 2 files: a ZIP and a exe.. cant there be only 1 file like CAB or a SF EXE .. ?? just for neatness...
