    I want to change value with name: disabletaskmgr of type REG_DWORD in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/microsoft/
    windows/currentversion/policies/system"
    It has value 0 and I want to change it to 1 trough my application.
    Please tell me the whole procedure how to do it.
