    Exclamation Java Netbeans Installation

    I have a netbeans5 for windows installation pack.whenever i try to install it on my machine i get the following error:"c:\netbeans is not writable "
    and this is the error for wherever we try to install it
    I am running windows 98 or xp and i get the same error
    please help

    You or the system don't have the administrative rights to write to C:\Netbeans. (The folder is write-protected somehow)
    Try selecting another path

    I feel with the same error when i'm try to setup Netbeans, because that time I have no administrative privilages to do it. Then I log to the system as administrator and do it.
