Access 97 sub form control formattingf

please Can anyone help me

I'm using Access 97

I have continous sub form in a form

The forms are based on Customer details
on the sub form I have a control called Active which is a drop down
box of either yes or no to show whether the account is active.

I would like to be able if the Active condition is YES I want to be able to
change the background colour of the Customer name text control to Green
and if the condition is NO I need to change the Customer name text control to red.

is this possible?????
