1. is it posible to make app on VB like Winboost
(www.magellass.com if you haven't heard of it download it NOW. it's very cool)

2. if it's posible do i need to have that weird thing called APi?

3. Can i make it alone or do i need a team of programers?

if your having to ask what the difference is between a function and a sub then i would imagine you will need some others to help you out, secondly the API is very cool if you know how to use it, and it is almost always faster than manual code.
