My application doesn't appear in pocket pc, your help pls!

Hi guys,
please help me in this,
I'm new to Mobile programming, I made a simple pocket pc application in VB.NET 2005, then I added .CAB project and I built it.

then I copied the generated .CAB file to my device for testing, run it, but when I go to Programs in pocket PC menu I can't find it, although I found my application folder under Program Files folder and I can run it from there.

in short words, How to can I make my application appears in Programs menu>

Thanks Strider,
I installed .Net Compact Framework V2 (NETCF V2) in my Pocket PC long time ago. I mean why when I double click on my application .CAB file, it installs the application in my pocket pc but doesn't add the application icon into Programs list.
