Read registry key value

hey all. I've searched and honestly just can't figure out how to do this, trust me i've searched like crazy & found sample's but it's just NO hope! I can't get anything to work like how I want.

All I want to do is read this key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\parameters] and the subkey "srvcomment"
