    3-Dimensional Matrices

Does anyone know of any mathematical application of a 3-Dimensional Matrix...
    (cube matrix) like 3x3x3....
Do you think it would have any benefits to some real-world problem?
Does anyone have a vb program that uses a 3d array for anything that they found it useful to use?

Well, a sub-class of tensors are 3-D matrices, and tensors have quite a few uses: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tensor
