[Resolved] Page setup problem

Dear Gurus, I am facing a problem. I have dot matrix printer Epson FX-1170 and my client is havin preprinted bill stationary sized of 6Inch x 5 Inches. I can't set this page size in Crystal Report. I had set this values through Windows 98 bu I could not make it in Windows XP.

Is there any problem with OS or Crystal Report 8.5.

Give me the solutions ASAP.

do you have the options in your printer to take printouts in the specified page sizes. If not, even from your coding you can not. it all depends your printer's settings.

Hello sinchan,

This not a problem of OS. You just need the proper Printer Drivers. Because in Win98 you get the custom option in printing defaults option. But in Windows XP you didn's Get custom option in printer settings. That is because you did not have the proper Driver for you printer.
