    [Resolved] Loading Record in Form

If I have a form with an associated dataset loaded in it how can I load the record with an ID of my choosing. For Example

    ID Name
    2 Mike
    3 John
    5 Joe
    7 Smith
    10 William

If the ID I choose is 7 I would have to load the 4th record in the dataset. Is there a way to do this with the docmd.gotorecord option ? If not, how else could I do it in VBA ?

    Much Thanks ~Bryan

You can do it with a Filter or with SQL code as the recordsource.

Thanks robdog, would you mind giving me an example to try out that I can put on a click event for a command button ?
