Need Your help, Urgent..

Hi friends,
i am facing a problem, i have developed an application in VB 6 with MS Sql as backend and Crystal Report 10 developer version for reporting. every thing is fine. i have made setup of it with the P & D Wizard and also with **********.
the setup was made and install successfully on clients. ( Actually i have 2 Servers and 8 Clients), but there is no Crystal Report in any PC.
my problem is that when i want to show any report according to given criteria with the front end then an error message appears..
Run Time Error --- Load Report Failed. error no 500003 :

i am very confused.
plz.. tell me any soultion as early as posible. its very urgent...

Welcome to the forums.

Based on what you have said, it appears as through no Crystal Report dependency files have been included in your installation and setup package.

i know that i am missing any run time file. but how can i get the list of dependency files. i have already used RunTime.hlp file of CR 10

yes i have inclued all the refrece files of CR 10 at the timeof design time.
and on which machine CR 10 is installed, it is working properly. but my problem is i want to run this application, from where CR 10 is not installed, when it gives thisrun time Error " Load Report Failed." Error no. 500003

This applies to Windows 2000. Although it's for Crystal v9, it hasn't been tested with other versions so it may also apply for Crystal 10.

i have used **********, Package and Deployment Wizard of Visual Studio and Visual Studio Installer 1.1, and apart from it i have included all the Merge Modules of Crystal Report 10.
but i am still facing the same error " Load Report Failed, Err. No. 500003" on the client machine, where Crystal Report is not installed.

Plz do something about my problem.

I think its a readme file in the CR folder which has a list of dependency files that you must include when you deploy CR. RobDog888 has posted the name of it. You might also try CR's Help. Search for dependency or deploy.
