Vb-World Software

Do you like this idea?
John could create vb-world software. It has a few tabs, (like Napster has) and you can browse the forums in it. You can also send people instant messages. (like Napster) It would also be cool to have a library (like Napster), where people can download files (related to vb) from your computer.
Please tell me what you think of it.

What's wrong with using Internet Explorer/Netscape/whatever you have to do all this?

I didn't know you ever visit chit chat... It just looks more interesting. And ie doesn't support instant messaging/file sharing.
