Resolved [RESOLVED] Windows 2000: Install Hardware Rights?

Does anyone know how I give standard users and power users the privileges to install hardware, such as USB disks in Windows 2000. I am sick of having to log in as an admin if I dare to plug my USB stick into a different one of my 6 USB ports

It's under admini. tools, Local security settings. Select Local Policies, User Rights assignments - add users/power users to load and unload device drivers.
