I just restarted my computer and killed all unneccessary programs... well I had 94% system- and 95% GDI-resources left. Then I started 3DSMAX which brings them down to 30% and 85% which is quite normal . Then I created a simple box and a sphere and added the morph-modifier... know what happened? 0% user and GDI resources left! You know, no GDI means that the fonts are all changes to system, size and bold changes, menus disappear, colors and so on...

So what the heck is wrong or where can I make GDI and user memory bigger? Any help would be great!
