There has never been a keyboard as good as the Northgate OmniKey/Ultra.
Mine is starting to get old, and I am worried. Northgate is no longer in business, and a Web search turned up nothing.
Does anybody happen to have a functional Northgate OmniKey/Ultra they would like to sell?
Does anybody know of a place that might deal in old equipment?
The features I like on my keyboard are the following.
Comma-Period Lock.
Two sets of function Keys, one on the left (old style), and one across the top.
The function keys at top can be set to Shft, Alt, or Ctrl mode (single key action).
Arrow keys in diamond shape instead of T-shape.
I often use other keyboards, and can live with them, but prefer my Northgate.
Live long & prosper.
The Dinosaur from prehistoric era prior to computers.

VB.net 2010 Express
64Bit & 32Bit Windows 7 & Windows XP. I run 4 operating systems on a single PC.

Seriously, I have heard of people going to e-bay and saying that they want a hub-cap for a studebaker and have found sellers. Might want to give it a try.
Good luck!
