Thread: Query in SQL server

    Hi,

    The function "DECODE" is used in oracle, and "IIF" is used in Access. These functions don't work in SQL-server. What would be the appropriate function in SQL server?

    I am stuck with this.

    What do these functions accomplish in their corresponding program?
