My nefew I got a virus on my sister's computer by visiting hacker sites and downloading a program. Luckily I caught it soon enough before it spread.

I need to know who to intercept IE when someone enters a url in the address bar. Then check it against url's in a program file. Then I want to block the url if it is on the restricted list. I have little experience with the Internet Control. I have access to both VB 5.0 and 6.0.
