    a) Make them in big size and scale them down before saving
    b) Use MS Paint The best program for small graphics

    Why is MS Paint good for anything at all? I mean you could make your small graphics in PSP too, and you can store them in any format you want , how about downscaling does MS Paint do that?

    Use
    writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
    writing haskell makes your life easier:
    reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
    To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.

    Kedaman, MS Paint is one of the best programs I know It supports 90° rotating, Scaling and many other effects... well, in fact PSP is better but I don't like it so I'd rather take MS Paint. But in normal case I use PhotoPaint.

    Well, ok maybe youre right, for slow comps (not mine) when you open a huge graphics app it's annoying. MS Paint is light, and well if it does scaling, then it's good enough for that But i didn't check it when i reinstalled win98 so i don't have it
