hello everybody! please, help me with such situation:

I use TapiLine ActiveX (it initializes telephone line) and open new thread in my app. so when I terminate thread my program hangs: I can close the form but I can't quit app. if I don't initialize ActiveX, thread terminates and app quits normally. whats the matter???
