Most "free ASP.Net" hosts I've tried limit you to a trial period. Unless you're determined to use a redirector URL and move around all the time, it's going to be hard to find a free host.

Brinkster.com has a free educational package, you may want to check it out. I believe you can use Access as a database, but not Sql Server.

    www.xstreamhost.com

Is not free but they have a $2.95 package.
    • Cpanel 8 As the backend.

I personally spend more than that on a pack or crackers and a pop.

They are good people as well. Although the response time is kinda slow.
