Obituary

Obituary - A published notice of a death, sometimes with a brief biography of the deceased. (located in the newspaper)

Well, everyday, when my grandfather was alive, he would look in the newspaper for his name in the obituary, and if it wasn't there, he'd go to work .


(A small joke which he really did do)

For those of you who don't get it, the obituary lists all the people who died the day before. So he would look in there, and if he wasn't listed in there, than he had to go to work. Get it now? Or do you need me to explain more? I thought what he did was pretty funny.
