    Ok
I never thought the home pc would ever be fast enough to ask this question but here goes. How many frames per second does it take to produce seizures in kids. Is there a sight that has guidelines or "legal limits"? Is there a limit to how much flashing between colors you can show (ie black to brown: not bad but black and white: Bad). I don't want to get sued or see any kids get hurt either with my programs. should I be using a timer function in graphic loops that redraw so they don't go too fast? If so, is there a quicker delay than interval = 1 maybe like mili-interval = 1?

Kids are more effective on the ones that are sudden so the best thing to do is first have small flashing and gradually change th Hi-Level Flashes.

And it already is miliseconds. That is too fast even for computers.

From the point of view of not getting sued: Include a disclaimer stating that extended viewing can cause seizures and that you should take a break every (however long it is) to be safe. They put the same disclaimer in the box with just about every game i ever bought.
