A register OCX code that just work????????

I just want a code that register the ocx files>>
I don't want to use any setup program cause this program is not that much.....Any ways every time i check for a registration code it work when the ocx is alrady registered but when i delete the ocx file then put new one and try to registered it it don't work
I know that this can be done cause i see in some program that was made in vb a exe file that have a resource file with three ocx files in it and when i click on it the file extract the ocx file to the system directory and registered them...
I just want a code that just work..Or a setup program with one click next or something..Cause i want to put the ocx files only in one exe and put a splash screen in my program to check if the ocx files exist..If they don't then Run the Runtime file...
You propobly didn't understand a word cause i'm not that good with english SO..(Conclusion :I want a code that register the ocx Files)1
