Resolved XML - MSXML 4.0 SP2 Install Headache! RESOLVED

Please, please, please can anyone tell me why I am still getting the following message after installing MSXML 4.0 SP2:

"The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the
error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

    Access is denied. Error processing
    resource 'file:///C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM/sample.xsl'. "

    Thanks

Could be the /// --- I've only seen it with //.....
Is that embedded in the XML file as a link? Does it actualy exist in that location? Might want to move it out to a more accessable location.

Thanks for getting back to me. I sussed it out yesterday though. The file wasn't in that location but in another folder! Doohhhhh! Sorry for wasting your time.
