I am coding in VB5 using Oracle 7.3.4 client,RDO, and an old MS for Oracle driver to connect to an Oracle 8i database. Everything works fine now, but we want to upgrade to the Oracle 8i client and newest MS driver. Can anyone recommend the best route to follow and any possible limitations that we may encounter? Which version of MDAC is the best 2.1 or 2.5?? Thanks for any help
