    Icon Error

    I use Windows XP

    on my desktop all the items have the default icon (eg. the basic .exe thing for exes, the no filetype icon for folders) does anybody know how to fix this?

    Download and install TweakUI from Microsoft and under Repair, select Icons. It will then fix all yoru icons for you.
    I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)
