I have a DB combo box linked to a table to fill the list, I am using the DBlExtended matching mode to match characters I type in to the list from the table - so far so good.

The problem is that some of the items in the table start with the # character which has a special meaning, when I type '#' the DBCombo box finds the first record in the list starting with a number and ignores those that start with a #.

Can anyone help me get round this.
