FileList box

Hey can any body tell me why cant i get the file list of a sub-directory which is more that 8 characters long and present in Netware 4.11 server through VB 6 s file list box ?
If I try to display the files of any sub-directory which is less that 8 characters, then the file list box displays all the files with in that directory. Only for sub-directories whos length is more than 8 characters this will not work.
Is it a bug in VB 6 ?

No, it's a Netware Server Problem. I can't even name files or folders longer than 8 letters to the server. You need a new server, check with your network administrator.
