Using Winsock - sending data to remote client

i am new to socket programming. my project is

There is an embedded client connects using the internet connection to my static ip system. using wireless service it will connect to my system.

i have to send the data to the embedded system using winsock control. how can i know the embedded system ip address (dynamic ip) and how can i send data. if any code available plz mail me at [email protected]
