I just got a used copy of the Michael Halvorson book:
"Learn Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Now (Learn Now)"

which is the same as the book:
"Step by Step MIcrosoft Visual Basic 6.0"

The book is missing the CD.

I just called Microsoft, and they no longer stock the books or the replacement CD's.

Can anyone make a copy of this CD for me?
I bought the book for my 13-year old son to learn VB, but it is virtually useless without the CD.
