What I am trying to do is to transfer records in a table to another computer in a Peer to Peer network. Can anyone help me with a technique to do this?

I think you will need to elaborate a little on what you are exactly trying to do.
But, for starters, I think you may want to set up the peers with unique computer and domain (workgroup) names, which you can do in the network section of the control panel. Make sure you have IP, netBEUI and IPX protocols set up, and that you enable and set up sharing for your peers. Configure each of your peers with IP addresses.
From there it is easy to save files to "\\my2ndComputer\hard-disk\direcory", as if you are working in a full server environment.
In the same fashion it will allow you to connect through IP from one peer to the other one.
Hope this helps a bit.

I have already done the network setup and am able to share folders.
Actually I want to transfer records in a Microsoft Access Database without having to share the file. In that way, the data will be more secure. How can I do this?
