    How to move Next/Previous with program

    Would like to know how people can create a page that
    can move Next =>> and <==Previous.

    For example, if they have 500 records/rows in a
    table, how do they start showing record 1 to 30 and then
    allows the users to click on Next =>> to view the next
    30 rows or even to go to the last page.

    Appreciate any help/suggestion you can offer.
