*Extensive System Analysis, Design, experience, strong VB 6.0, Sql Server.NET C# development experience, Strong development experience in Multi-Tier / n-tier application development, Client-Server and Web applications, VB.NET, asp, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Basic, XML, COM, DCOM, COM+, Crystal Reports, COM/DCOM, MTS, SOAP, WEB SERVICES, ActiveX Controls, MTS 2.0, COM , sql server

*managing / leading a team of 3 to 5 programmers, Requirement Analysis, Design Reviews, Documentation, QA Testing

*financial experience - investment banking, brokerage, trading, fixed income, equity trade, brokering, credit derivative, shares, bonds, futures, securities
