    Which would you go for?

    I think the flash-pen is better 'cause it is more relayeble and can handle more things, like falling
    VB6 & C# (WCF LINQ) mostly

    If you have the money definately buy both, but if not , buy the 1.5GB.

    Some conferences that I go to specifically require that
    my presentation is on a memory stick rather than a CD

    Go for the 1GB Pen. I only use cds if I need to hand work up to the teacher and I don't know if Iwould get it back or not.
