    Excel CheckBox Get Object Name

    I need to return the name of an object (CheckBox) which is in a specific cell.

    Can anyone help?

    First up:
    - How do you put a checkbox on the cell ?

    Second:
    - Record a macro of that, might give you a pointer as to how to access it
