i have unfortunately to use NT workstation, and i cannot edit registry. i uninstalled a program (i don not know which of them) and it gives a message such as cannot find "C:\WINNT\wt\wcmdmgrl.exe" at the startup of computer session. i checked all the sys and ini files to find this string; no info. i tried to run regedit.exe to find the exe file; but administrator have disabled me from doing that. does anyone can help me how to disable this exe file from startup? there is no link in the startup folder.
regards,

NT can have several startup folders - one for each registered user.
You should check them all under 'winnt\profiles\username'.
NT is much better than any 9x - more reliable, stable and more powerful.
