Please help if you can:
Is there a utility to convert digital audio (WAV, MP3) into MIDI files? A tall order I know, but is there some program around?

There was a program a while ago called Melody Music Maker, but it had difficulty with more than one simultaneous note. I don't think it is actually possible to write a program to do this, you'd have to write the MIDI file yourself, by listening to the WAV file, in the traditional way.
I refuse to tie my hands behind my back and hear somebody say "Bend Over, Boy, Because You Have It Coming To You".
