    I want to access Outlook Express and its address book from with the MAPI API. Since MAPI32.dll is present in all machines with Outllook, hence want to access from VB using these API calls.

    Also want to send a mail to recepient after checking with addressbook.

    Please help and with syntax.

    MAPI API calls

    Ok, thats the first thing that tends to come to mind.
    NO, Its nothing like that, I want to send out some feelers from this VB APP after asking the users permission. It only helps the user to fill up the address box names automatically to the Recepient typing box, thats all.

    All with the users permission.
    So I want to access the Address Book.
    Any help now ???
