Has anyone had a similar problem?

I am calling my Report (Crystal v9.2 Dev) from a VB application. The report's datasource is an ODBC Text Driver that points to a .csv file. Report runs fine in Crystal but I keep getting this error when calling it from my VB app.

Run-time error -2147189166(80047e52)
Details: HY000 [Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver] selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system
