thru 4 years of working with programmers, i found that most of them know a little or nothing about system analysis and database design principles. they just all go out and hit the code.

design is the father of perfect programming so please post here all url about articles on design and analysis.

Mainly how to build your system on paper before hitting the keyboard.

I hope that you can all post easy and straight links , so we can all benefit from a step by step learning approach.
