ok, there is this theory that if you get fistrated over something, then you should do the opposite of it, and take your mind off it. For example, if you can't get something to work, go do something else like read a book (not computeR) go eat, go for a walk, etc. DO NOT watch TV!!!

It doesn't always work, but most of the time it does

Thumbs up It does work..very well

It doesnt only mean for computers... just about everything you do..

I do that whenever something isnt working right....i just go do something else all together..like nothing or whatever..and then when i get back at it..everything falls into place..as if i had stuck with it and not took a break..i would have went crazy from the stress

I know you should do that, but I dont,
I can not concentrate until I have figured it out,
so I keep trying until I get it, or pass out.....

well the latter has never happened luckily

I tend to do that too, but I try to get my mind off it, and it works most of the time, but not always, for people who just dont know how to play soccer good, and the go do something else, when they come back, they still woun't be able to play soccer good (this has nothing to do with me, I'm a very good soccer player)
