Hi there, I was wondering if there is an easier way to connect to an ODBC Datasource in my app. I am currently using an Access Database as a link to the datasource by grabing external data, The system works however there may be performance problems when large amounts of data are entered into the database. I am using the professional edition of VB5. Any help would be welcome.

What DBMS are you using? I've re-coded all my programs to use ADO and OLEDB instead of ODBC to get to SQL server.
