I heard you arn't allowed to touch a laptop screen. So now my screen is getting verry verry dirty so how do you clean it (to get dust of it)

You can touch them, just don't poke them hard or with anything spiky.
Use a clean, dry cloth.

Wow... just when I was about to post the same...
There are some spots on the screen which I feel require a damper cloth, instead of a clean, dry one... applying a damp cloth is safe, right?
Confirm it for me before I attempt it, please.

The one I bought is kinda static electrically charged cloth. It sucks the dust and anyother things from the screen. But I suggest you should use a dry cloth to get rid of big dust particle b4 applying or using damper cloth.
Cheers.
