    How Do I Get a Job?

    I want to do something in computers, I really have no idea what. I have strong Visual Basic and fairly strong C++ knowledge. I know PHP better than I know my girlfriend. MySQL and HTML, everything that goes with it.

    I'm in college right now, going into my second year, working towards a degree in Computer Science.

    Aside from everything I just said, I have no idea what I'm doing, and it really scares me.

    There are many different areas you could consider...Programming, Databases, etc...then the subcategories of these areas would be knowing particular languages or database systems, such as, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Java, etc...Try putting together a solid resume, have some sample work available, either on disk or on the internet...then start applying either for fulltime, parttime or intern...I would start with your school and see if they can help in any way.
