Help w/Randomizing Database records

We are preparing for an annual sweepstakes in which we must randomly select one record from an Access97 table of several thousand records. I built something last year that showed a quickly scrolling list of names (from the database)when the presenter clicked on the "Start" button. Now I cannot recall how I did it and I need to build it again! Sheeeeez, I could really use your help on this one.
