    Blank Form Load? HELP!!!! (Resolved)

    Hey i really don't get this...
    I am writing a program for my visual basic .net class and i have most of it done but now when i run it the form is blank.
    I have attached the code along with the post THANKS
    ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT !!!!!!!!!
