Well, that's an odd effect. Trying to reply to this post made my field entry boxes disappear.

Because there is some huge lump of code in the review of the thread (below all the fields), the page width gets stretched to huge dimensions. Just scroll across to the right and you will see all the fields. I will have a look to see what I can do to alleviate the problem though.
