ASP does not work under UNICODE saving

Hi everybody,
I have an asp page wich contains include file.
It works well but if I save my page as UNICODE .asp file
then "inlude" does not work.
Moreover, my variables don't work under UNICODE saving.
I could not find any source with explanation of that.
Please give me the references I can use.
