    What do you think about Microsoft's NEW OOP Language
    the C# (read as C-Sharp) ?

    Sounds interesting. C, C++ and now C#. Will they be discontinuing Visual C++ then?

    Unlikely, since C# is supposed to be for their new Internet initiative - Microsoft.NET; but people will still use their PCs for other things, so VC++ is probably here to stay.
