How would I go about playing an mp3 with a space in the filename?

eg. the file "C:\mp3 - 1.mp3"

I'm running windows xp, how can I play a file that is in the following directory?
"C:\Documents and Settings\Matts\Desktop\mp3\mp31.mp3"

I'm having troubles with these two things, lol.
